Ahmed Babader is an environmentally friendly packaging and standards developer. Ahmed obtained PhD degree in environmental engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and master degree in product design and management engineering from Liverpool university. Ahmed Babader has some of publication in journals and conferences proceedings in improving waste management by designing environmentally packaging and enhancing environmental behaviors in societies. In 2015, Ahmed became a director of services and environment standards department at Saudi Arabian Standardizations Organization (SASO) which makes him a standards developer through his contribution in national and international standards committees. Ahmed was a member of international committee on sustainable procurement (ISO/PC 277) and he is a secretary of national committee on environmental management and others.
Ahmed Babader obtained various skills from the research point of view and work experiences which includes: Designed and led various forum and workshop on the impact of standards in industrial through demonstrating some national and international standards. Established services standards department in Saudi Arabian Standardizations Organization ( SASO) by setting the priorities and strategies which support the sustainable development goals. Providing the sustainability advice and support through auditing company’s packaging in packaging industry.
Conducted the empirical research to identify the environmental impact of waste packaging and the factors that enhancing the societies for environmental practices and behavior.
