Cathryn is a sustainability, social impact and EDI specialist and Head of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect at Action Sustainability. She brings over 16 years of experience working with organisations and industries across different areas of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. Her background includes working in the construction and built environment sector, within accountability bodies (including building and energy and water regulators in Australia), with underrepresented groups, and advising and representing organisations across ESG and equal opportunity law, compliance and strategy as an in-house legal counsel and former court advocate.
Cathryn is passionate about bringing people together to drive behavioural and cultural change to positively impact sustainability outcomes and supporting organisations to deliver responsible business practices.
